JoBear, I'm wondering how long it took Simon Says to get back to you? I placed a large order a few days ago. I received a confirmation number, but haven't received anything on the status of my order. I tried calling the number on my confirmation 15 times , all I got was a recording that says the party is not available. I sent them an e-mail, and still have not heard one word. Their website is not helpful at all on how to contact them if there is an issue. Thank you for your time.

Lorraine thank you for your response. I did get an e-mail from them late yesterday afternoon, and another one today stating my order has been shipped. Thank you again for your response.

Sorry it's taken a while to respond Diana - I have just returned from a 2 week holiday this afternoon. It seems from the replies that your order has been sorted out which is fantastic. I really just wanted you to know that I had only just seen your message a few minutes ago and didn't want you to think that I didn't care enough to reply. Hope all goes well with your order.

I tried to order a stamp set the other day... didn't say it was out of stock or anything.... the order went through and then a few days later I'm wondering why I haven't received a shipping notice.... I better go check... I track it and then I see NA for the Stamp Set and Shipping.... Yikes... Why don't they have an OUT of Stock on their page or on their form before you pay?? I've tried to call twice... long distant... no 800 number... I called Pay Pal, and I have sent Simon an e-mail.... they don't answer their phone.... For a company growing leaps and bounds... you would think they would have an updated check out with Out of Stock marked items.... I have a project due and no time to wait indefinitely to see if an item will ship or not.... frustrated....

Wondering when people in various parts of the US receive their SSS monthly card kit. Do you receive a shipping notice? I have both a call and email in to SSS. I'll start a different thread to pose the question about receiving dates.

To the posts concerning Card Kit of the Month shipping dates, email notices of shipment, etc...

This will be my 2nd month getting the kit... I'm going to be honest, so far I am NOT IMPRESSED!! The kit is fabulous but Simon Says Stamp could stand to work out some kinks in the service part of the kit club! I know I can email them with any problems and/or questions but I'm just not accustomed to having to do that with auto-ship items! I hate the fact that I see the kit all over YouTube weeks before my kit even ships and then this month I noticed that you could put the kit in your cart and get it shipped out to you if you don't subscribe weeks before the subscriptions even get processed! That is just WRONG!! I wasn't going to email the company this month nor post anything so I could just see if my kit actually got shipped out by the 24th but I just couldn't help myself when I saw your post! Needless to say, I'm a little frustrated with my monthly subscription so far!! Again, the kit contents have been superb so far but the kinks in the rest of it may just make me throw in the towel...

Hi "thank you for the feedback. We are so happy you like your kit and are working on changes to the subscription program so that you will be emailed when your kit has shipped.
Subscribers are billed and shipped from the 17th to 24th of each month".
