This DAZZLING DISNEY ATC SWAPis a way to get lots of fun ATC's that will be perfect to have on hand for making new cards and other projects that will bring a little "magic" into someone's day.
ATC's (Artist Trading Cards) are 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" works of art. There are tons of examples on SCS. I have lots of them on hand and when I need a card to send out I go through my stash, find the perfect "themed" ATC, and just pop it on the front of a card "blank". Add a few embellies and VOILA! They are also adorable as bookmarrks, magnets, etc.
So here are the details:
Swap is 5 +1 You will NOT get one of your own back so make an extra one to keep. This will be a "running list" so no angels will not be needed.
* There are NVR. Feel free to use rubber stamps, Cricut, Cuttlebug, Sizzix, etc. to incorporate your Disney theme. ATC's should be AT LEAST TWO LAYERS of quality CS and AT LEAST ONE TYPE OF EMBELLISHMENT (brads, eyelets, ribbon, etc.) Embossing is also allowed. No handwriting on the front of your ATC's please.
BE CREATIVE and make something that you would be happy to receive. Please sign the back of your cards so we know who made them. For ideas and inspiration you can check out the ATC gallery here on SCS.
* Due Date: February 28th, 2010 - This IS the DUE DATE. NO LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please don't sign up if you aren't sure you can fulfill your commitment.
* Mailing Instructions: Please put your ATC's for each group in separate ziploc bags. Be sure to put your SCS Name, Real Name and you mailing address on EACH baggie with the Group Name also.
**PLEASE include a RETURN ADDRESS MAILING LABEL** along with your return postage. Please make sure to add a couple of extra stamps for the return trip. All unused postage will be returned to you.

I have to stay away from you Magical Ladies - you're like Chocolate - I could quit but I'm not a Quitter!
I'll take group one and group two - pleaseeeee and my arm really hurts!
I said I wanted to make extra cards for 2010 and lose weight LOL Can you loose weight by sitting at your craft table - well maybe if I drink water.

Count me in! I'll do group 2 (Mickey and Pals) and Group 5(Girly girls!). Any thoughts of adding a group that is just Mickey? His friends are all great but we no there is nothing like good old Mickey!

This morning I uploaded our December Disney vacation pictures off the memory cards to the laptop... 1000+ pictures!!!
I've spent all day, with the help of DD, and we narrowed it down to 240 pictures... At 6 pictures per double page layout, that's 40 layouts!!!
I'm hoping to narrow it down to 35 layouts, wish me luck!!!
And, Michelle, I like the idea of just a Mickey group also... hint, hint, hint...
And Hagen, you gotta join... No shipping cost... No delivery cost... Plus you can wait until the last minute to do them... And, they are FAST!!! ~~~ Does your arm hurt yet???
Ok....so how 'bout I change the "Mickey and Pals" group to JUST Mickey for now.... Will that work for ya?

It's a cold windy day here in VA so I'm stamping. I also finished Couples - did you know M & M can also stand for Mickey and Minnie (also Chocolate) I told my husband I was working on M & M and he said that won't help with your diet LOL Silly Man!
He also came in my craft room and seen 6 in each pile and said "Another Swap" " He's too smart!

This morning I uploaded our December Disney vacation pictures off the memory cards to the laptop... 1000+ pictures!!!
I've spent all day, with the help of DD, and we narrowed it down to 240 pictures... At 6 pictures per double page layout, that's 40 layouts!!!
I'm hoping to narrow it down to 35 layouts, wish me luck!!!

I just sent my pictures to Walgreens (9 cents a print)... The 1 hour photo is back logged... My pictures won't be ready until after 4pm on Tuesday the 5th...

Michelle just told me to take one of my LO's to Staples and have color copies made for the other two.
That might work for you too. Might save some time!

I've changed GROUP TWO back to "Mickey and Friends" and I've added GROUP SIX - JUST MICKEY.

Judy...We'll see how much interest there is in the "Tink" group. If there's not enough interest, I guess I'll have to switch to something else.

I told my husband - no swaps in 2010 until I "O" my craft room and cards only. I sure am weak! But I've never done ATC and they are fun.
I just hope some day I will go to Disneyland to see what all the fuss is about LOL After watching the Christmas Disney on TV - now I really want to go.
BTW - of course I want to be in the "Just Mickey" group
