No prob, I love steampunk and love ATC's. I was in another swap like this and it was great. I've got a bunch of ideas from them so can't wait to play.

CherryLime 02-22-2013 08:05 AM

Yes, at first I was out of my comfort zone with Steampunk; but the more I attempt it, the more I'm getting into it.

Steampunk has a way of sort of pulling you in over time. It takes a while to realize all the possibilities.

I'm never sure that I can pull off Steampunk but I always smile at the result. It's outside my comfort zone and I could use a stretch. So sure, please sign me up for one spot.

klb1082 02-23-2013 07:33 AM

I am so glad you are joining us! Steampunk is a kind of alternate history - most closely related to the Victorian and Edwardian eras. With a twist of course. Google "steampunk" and look around a bit. There is a vast amount of information and inspiration out there on the web. Think Jules Verne and steam engines. I hope that helps.

Steampunk is a fun and imaginative style/genre. :)

I've got my design in my head. Now to gather the pieces and make it a reality. In the meantime, I wanted to share the only other steampunk creation I've made.
