I ordered one of the 5-flower corner punches from Scrappily Ever After. I notice that they were 8.99 to Scrapbook Supply House 6.99 that Sybil posted earlier today. I looked on eBay too, but gave up looking through the lists of stuff.

I hadn't checked Scrappily Ever After, Norma. Thanks for that one! Way less than the ebay option!

It does look like the one Paulette uses and the one I use, but I didn't pay that much for mine. I think I would shop around a little more. The one I saw and posted earlier was $6.95 or so. I will look around and see if there is somewhere less expensive. I wish I could remember where mine came from. Let me look..............

Yup, that's the punch I use. I should be getting a commission from Punch Bunch for all the IFFs I have inspired to buy this punch. That eBay link has some really awesome samples of how to use it but her price is a bit much. I think this punch may be retired as I don't see it on the Punch Bunch website anymore.

I think Punch Bunch is where I got mine, after you enabled me. I know I didn't pay as much as they are getting on e-bay. But that was then and this is now, right? I have seen it in lots of peoples artwork, and yes, Paulette, you should get commission. I still think you come up with the best ideas to use it, though.

Group 10 Vintage children: Tamara (ajmac) Nice to meet you. There are so many things about this one that I love...all the layers, the pearl pins..the bow, the bow at the bottom with the button an of course, my favorite is the butterfly. Lakelivin...nice to meet you as well. This was so "sparkly" with the bunnies, caps. Claudia..love the "she had asked for a puppy, the bow, the teddy bear and the "corner frame. Paulette..perfect couple! wonder what she is thinking about his knickers...hee hee hee. I will ask Paulette to put these in my gallery so you can all see them. Fantastic swap! I also received my PAT's this weekend. I was so excited to open the package and I was absolutely in awe of the beauty of these! Thank you to everyone who participated and thank you again for those who had to wait on their packages because of me - It won't happen again!

The topics I chose were:

Group 4: - Creepy Halloween
Group 9 - Tim Holtz-like
Group 11 - chunky purple and black
Group 12 - anatomy

and each and everyone was extremely creative and detailed. Everytime I go back I see something I missed the first time. Now I just need to figure out how to store them.... any suggestions would be great!

Thanks again!

Try changing your printer settings. Most times "text" is the defaut setting, so if you change it to "photo" and "best" quality you might have better luck.

Good luck, hth.

I always change my print to best picture. You use more ink, but the end result is a much better image.

If you have Staples, they have a Matte Finish Staples brand photo paper--- 50 sheets for $14.99 & you get it FREE if you do the rebate. You can apply for the rebate online & they send you a pre-paid VISA card. It's a really bright white, nice weight & really prints nice colors. I use BEST or photo quality setting on my printer too.

A slight change of subject, but I am contemplating on buying a new computer. Does anyone have or know of anyone having an all-in-one computer. The entire computer is in the back of the monitor, so no spaghetti wiring. You can have wireless mouse and keyboard. I am so tired of the mishmash of wires everywhere.

Norma, I use a Dell laptop. I can put it on the dining room table, or close it up and put it away when we need the table. I have an old computer in the kitchen, and I know what you mean about the wires and cables and stuff. I will eventually send it to the old computers burial ground. I have found that I can do just as much with this one as I ever could with the old one. I am sure you will get some great ideas from the ladies who are more computer savvy than I am.
My grandgeek took everything from my old computer and put it on this little stick thing and them plugged it up to the laptop, and it all went in there. So I seldom crank up that old one. It does have a card program that has lots of stuff that wouldn't transfer, so when I get time I will copy some of that and then I won't need to keep it. I remember sending emails telling about my grandson being born, and he is 14 now. That's how long I used it. When I look underneath it scares me This one has a wireless mouse, and the keyboard is all enclosed. I love it.

Thanks Sybil for your input. I have a Dell computer, so it is the Dell All-in-one that I am looking at as well. My computer has almost used its lifespan, so serious thought is required very soon.

Love my Macbook---it's a laptop, pricey but less virus problems than PCs. I even take it to bed with me.

I will be out of touch most of the day tomorrow. It's badge fair day with my scouts. That means up at the crack of dawn - make breakfast -drop off Watson - drive to Georgetown - wait - wait - wait -wait -wait -wait - drive back - pick up dog - go to town to drop off scouts - drive back home.

And then I get to make dinner for my family. - I think it will be leftovers and they can warm them up for me

No, but he will be there from about 6:30 in the am to about 7-8 in the pm. I'm sure he's nap once or twice while he's there so it will seem like a sleepover.

Sister is planning on teaching him the fine art of afternoon napping. That's what she likes to do!

Well, I got my artwork today. They are fabulous ladies. In fact Charlee thinks so too.
She jumped up on the bed, sniffed them all over and then laid on top of them like a mother hen. My comment: Get out of it, Charlee, I haven't even looked at them that well yet. But well done, I love them all. Once I check them all out, I will attempt to post a photo of them. Thank you ladies.

Only you, Paulette.
Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.
