sorry I confuse easily sometimes. moos are new to me, so I want to be sure what I'm doing
Jane answered it perfectly in post #115. She's so handy to have around

It probably depends on what you have in mind. If it's variations on a theme, then I would combine them all in one. If it's more specific then you can make separate ones.
How many spots did you want? This was designed to get us all out of our creative ruts!

We're just getting started with this swap. There is PLENTY of time to join! When you clean you plate, you can consider this the Dessert Swap and join us then. VBG
We would love to have you. Feel free to join in with the chatter either way.
ok so make them like a moo but write the idea such as "add button" in writing on the back of the moo. right? so it is a combined idea (part of both examples) right?

So you will be making moos with artsy ideas on the back and an example of the idea at work on the front.

Yes. They are constructed like a Moo, not like the tags in the pictures. You write the arty ideas on the back and use the front for the examples.
Joyce, thanks for helping me! . Ok so I'll take 3 spots and my themes are: Sew What?, Tie the Knot, and Numerology....I may take more...these could become addicting

See, it's making you come out of your creative slump already! 3 spots to start - adding you now!
I finished mine. This extreme early completion is some kind of a record for me LOL!! I have other commitments due before this swap but I had a technique in mind for this swap that I've wanted to use for a long time so my muse insisted that I work on this swap before anything else.
The title is 'Burnished velvet (a Glitter Ritz glitter technique) with Copics'. I used the burnished velvet technique with outline stickers and colored the glittered sticker image in with Copics markers.
I will have these in the mail this week. It will be closer to the end of the week before I will be able to get to the post office. I'll confirm on this thread when they are officially on their way.
GREAT idea for a swap - can't wait to see what everyone is coming up with fun fun fun

That sounds like a really cool idea. I am looking forward to seeing it
Isn't it funny how sometimes there are some projects that we just "have to start" - even if we do them out of order? I've had that happen a time or two myself.
Question of the day...When contemplating our Moo, are you going with "tried and true" or "new to you" with you ideas?
Yes. Both. Since you signed me up to "Put an inchie on it" that will be tried and true. I plan to do new to me ones after that. Still thinking I will do more than one more but want to be sure I can before I nail it down.

Watson just got home from Boy Scouts. In other words, he's been asleep in the car for 2 1/2 hours. He's going to be a great car dog! Now he is training my son - to do "what", I'm not sure, but they are in his room together while I'm checking my threads.
From the sound of it, he might be training him to clean his room. "No Watson, you can't eat that...No Watson, you can't have that either...". Watson is a smart puppy
That's great that he enjoys being in the car. We have never had a dog that wanted to be in the car until now. They always were freaked out or barfed or whined the whole time. Ruby the dachshund is the worst. She, well, gets upset and .....passes gas. We can hardly stand to be in the car with her. I told her one day that I had seen dogs with their heads out the window of cars, and if she did the thing one more time her other end would be hanging out the window. PHEW!
Charlie loves to go bye bye. He doesn't do anything bad, ever.

(nsmac1 is in charge of the "join the swap" pressure - I'm tickled you've come up for air long enough to lurk )
"Up for air" is hitting the nail on the head, Joyce. I really, really, really want to play, but I'm afraid to commit until I'm sure my life truly has settled down. At least I don't have a new puppy to deal with (darn it)...

Our dearly missed big dog was named Rico...he had the same problem as Ruby and that's how he got his name. We just changed the spelling to make it more socially acceptable, lol.
All my little moo's are cut now to embellish and add ideas! I'm typing up my ideas and going to glue them to the back--I have too many ideas to just write down

Good morning
I'm going to my room to play now - getting inspired to try some new things. I'm glad you all are as excited by this swap as I am - it's certainly re-energized my creative mojo.
As for finished Moo's----haven't seen any yet, but I'm looking forward to them!
I am udderly happy to share with my fellow swappers that my Moos are officially in the hands of the USPS and en route to the ever-illustrious hostess o' the mostest Joyce
If I had not already committed to sooo many swap due between now and May, I would have taken a few more spots in this swap. I said it before but it merits repeating that I love the purpose of these moos !
