Paulette...exactly what Norma said. I'm making it a continuous round with as many joining as want to will be signed up to play. I promise if there is a hous or bird house in the bunch, you will them

Adding Norma & Paulette to the challenge group now - who else want to play?

I'd like a spot please. Hoping I'm understanding the requirements. I will make 4 ATC's, they can be all the same, and they will have a shaped object? Don't hesitate to yell at me until I get it right ( I really like pears, hint, hint) (pears Paulette, not pairs)

Just choose a shape you want to work with, and create your masterpiece.

Yup - pick a shape & run with it. If you do a gallery search for Shaped ATCs, you'll get many examples of good stuff.

I tried to refrain from joining this swap but they're just so much fun. Please add me to Group 8 with Idioms as my theme. I'd also like a spot in the challenge group. Thanks!

Okay I have a ? about the shaped ATC challenge, does the ATC have to be shaped or is it a normal ATC with a shaped image on it?

Those are beautiful. I may pull out my Cricut and see what I can come up with. So as long as it would fit inside a window that is ATC size it can be a pig or a pinecone or anything?

I didn't necessarily want to receive birdhouses...I thought I had to declare a theme and that was what I wanted to make. But I get it now...it's any shape I want to make and I'll get back whatever shapes the others make. And it's make 4, receive 4. Have I got it right?

No, I think that's about it. Just picking a shape and running with it is challenge enough for this round of PATs.

yes, you are my champion questioner. You ask me the stuff everyone else is afraid to ask. That's why they like you best

We only have two regular spots left! Who wants them?

You can join the challenge group at any time - I'll keep adding names to that one as long as anybody wants a spot.

That would make a great challenge round next time - imagine the cards full of whimsy and wonder. With a little bit of Southern Sass thrown in for good measure.

Oh my goodness! Well it just comes naturally to me to be goofy. I look at the work everyone else does that is so sophisticated and artsy and wonder if I am in the right place.
My mama said she didn't know where they got me, I have always had different ways to look at things, and you never knew what I would do next. I told her it was a gift. She said "Or a curse." I think she was joking but................But I have fun. That's what it's all about.

Hey Ladies, do any of you have any experience with recovery time from orthoscopic umbilical hernia operation (spouse, self, family member, etc). My husband is going to be getting that in the next few weeks and I'm trying to get a handle on downtime expectations. Doctors are only so helpful .

Not really a SSC topic, so apologies

It varies greatly based on individual health and life style. It also depends on the size of the hernia. Of course we all know the size of the sissy pants matters too .
