Lydia, does there seem to be an abnormal amount of store closures (on line and brick and mortar)? Or is it cyclical? I've only been involved with this craft for about 2.5 years and there seems to be closure announcements on quite a regular basis. I'm not sure if this is a regular happening, or a result of the continued difficult economic times, or something else?

Wow, that's a shock. I've got several of their stamps and I love them.

I think the large amount of closure's is a sign of the times. Craft type businesses depend on 'discretionary' income and many families are struggling. Therefore it's really tough for those who are barely making ends meet to justify these type of purchases. It's very sad for all who are impacted.

I agree. The economy is brutal. We used to have scads of independent craft stores in town and now we have exactly one. :(

This is very sad. I've purchased some of their stamps and I've admired so many of their designs from Lisa Silver's blog. I'm so sorry to see them go :( .

I'm trying to find one of the Outlines stamps - it is the "jewel-it" pumpkin. Does anyone have any idea where I might look? Tried e-bay, online - to no avail. Any help appreciated!

I did see a blurb on their site a number of months ago and I did take advantage of the discount mentioned in the first post here but I also see now no mention on their site about closing up. Wonder if we can still get that discount?!

I just looked and didn't see anything new since the store closure announcement. I was on their team when they announced and haven't heard anything from them since that time.

If this company is still in business and misled people with a fake closing out sale, that would be downright dishonest. However, seeing the poster above was on the design team and hasn't heard anything since that time, I'm inclined to think they just haven't taken the website down as of yet.

Does anyone know the status of this closure? There site is still up and looks to be fully stocked; can't see any sign of a closing or even discounts.
