It is unfortunate that "poor clerks" have to be abused by people who cannot simply read the coupon rules.....call michaels if you have a problem...dont take it out on the staff...they just follow the rules, they dont make them.
And people wonder why the cashiers get grumpy....daily verbal abuse from customers is what does it.
