I've not posted anything in the galleries but would like to do so in the near future. Can my photo have "Design by...." and my blog address on it? Kind of like a water mark? Or should I leave that off?

I think it's safe to say that would be fine, since some of the Dirty Dozen are doing it that way. You will be in good company.

I sent a message to them and haven't received a reply yet. It seems to have happened to everyone. my only cards that are left are SU cards. any other is gone. seems like if it was posted under a SU set, it is still there.

As you can imagine, our help email's pretty full of emails alerting us to the gallery problem.

and just got off the phone with Mark at NameMedia. He's working hard to get this resolved now!

If I am trying to upload a card using a non-SU stamp....shouldn't the other companies be in the drop down list too? They are separate in the gallery for viewing but I can't figure out how to get it into gallery that's NOT SU or just my own. Is this something that the keywords tag and it gets moved later? TIA

Yes. The 'Keywords' is the important element. Just use the stamp company name as one of your keywords, and it will be seen in that company's gallery. This might not occur 'immediately'.

I just uploaded my first card and I thought I reduced the size. This is not the case. hoping u will save me this time, and next time i upload a card i will make sure the card size has been reduced & saved...

I have 2 cards in my gallery for non-SU companies and they still don't show up in the other galleries...how do I upload a photo to make sure it gets up loaded to the right company gallery as well as my own? Thanks!

I just looked at your gallery and for example THIS card that is using a Greeting Farm image has the keyword typed incorrectly. It should be The Greeting Farm and then a comma after Farm, so it shows up using the whole name and not each word seperately.

Also THIS card should just be H&M Stamps, comma ater Stamps

You can also go to THIS page in the gallery and just hover your mouse over each company name/gallery at the bottom of your window it should show you the http address and what words it's using to search when you click on that gallery. This will tell you shat keywords work for which companies.

Does that help?

You can find House Mouse stamps at www.rkstamps.com they carry them, the dollar clear stamps I'm not sure about. I usually find the Snag'Em stamp at my stamping supply store.

Thanks for help! I do have a question. I have uploaded art to my gallyery and am starting to get email notification of comments on my art now! I want to reply to some of the people who have left comments, but how do I correctly do this? I did try on one, and left a reply to their comment, but my reply also showed up as a comment under my art? Is this normal? I guess my question is.....HOW do I correctly reply to a comment on one of my art pieces? TIA.

You can use either of two methods. Below the person's comment you'll see a few buttons, including "PM" and also "Gallery".

Click "PM" to send that person a private message of thanks! That's always appreciated.
or
Click "Gallery" to go to that person's gallery, and return the favor by leaving a nice comment on one of their creations!

Either method is a great way to return the kindness.

Many of my cards disappeared from not only my personal gallery, but also if they were posted on other galleries...as challenges, other companies, etc. What's going on???
