Hi girls

Not sure if you have seen but this popped up on the Sugar Nellie blog in the UK:-

What else can I tell you, Sugar Nellie will be making Hanglar & Stanglar stamps in the UK for Funkykits. This way the world outside Sweden and Norway can play with these darlings. This is BIG news, for many years I have watched the galleries with cards made with these children but feeling frustrated that they were not available. This year things are changing, http://www.hanglar.com/ have a lot of stamps for sale but only to Sweden and Norway. If you do not know this brand, which planet are you on?! How absolutely fantastic is that, so for all you girls that have had a hankering after these stamps they are coming and I for one am soooooooo excited I could burst, lol (incredibly sad I know!!!)

I read that yesterday too!!! I'm SO excited!! There goes my paycheck....again!!! Now we just have to WAIT until we can purchase them!!! *sigh*

Whatever happened to this? I've checked the Funky Kits site several times and never found these stamps. Am I missing something?

Hi Lisa,
I have been waiting for Hanglar stamps since the 2008 announcement too but it looks like Funky Kits was not able to go forward with it. Here's some info about it on the SugarNellie SCS forum..read post #2.

I am also surprised that they haven't liscensed their images for sale by another company but seems that they are happy with production the way it is. I guess we will all have to make friends in Sweden? to get some

Yep..they would make a ton of money if they opened up to U.S. sales or license out their images for someone else to produce and sell to us. Oh well, I'm still hoping for a miracle.
