I have been losing faith in the customer service industry for quite awhile now.
But I have to say I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received from Clear Bags and GT bags. One had a quality control problem, and the other a supply and demand order ( I let him know how we crafters roll, and he better watch out). They have bent over backwards to help fix the problem and place an odd order.
So whoot whoot! to them both. They will be getting my business from not on (still)
I work in retail and it is tough out there....people are not spending, at least near where I am, and unfortunately, businesses cut costs where they can control it, and payroll I a big one. Also, Tracy, I popped in at your blog, love the pictures of letchworth! That is almost in my back yard....we live about ten-fifteen minutes from there...so pretty this time of year!
I , too, love clearbags.com - they have always shipped things fast to me and everything was in great condition. One time I was missing something in my order and I called and they shipped it that afternoon - that's great!
On the other side of the coin, I have been having TERRIBLE trouble with The Tape Depot and their customer service. I have written them several times to complain about the batch of ATG tape I received and STILL have heard nothing in return - not even a form note saying that they got my note. I have chalked it up to a loss, both by me and by them - they have lost my future business.
