Default Anyone have issues with Dies R Us?

Since returning from a 2 year stamping sabbatical, I quickly saw how the market changed in the time I stepped back from crafting. Immediately, I knew to get back in the game, I needed dies and lots of them. I found Dies R Us online and decided to order, over a 7 week time frame, 65/70 dies.

Not much by many stampers, but that many dies is a whole lot of dies and a whole lot of money given to Dies R Us. My last order included 3 dies that were much smaller than anticipated, so I attempted to return them. I emailed them 3 times asking for a return authorization number. No response. Yesterday, I telephoned them and the recording said someone will call back shortly.

Needless to say, I am not happy w/Dies R Us. Yes, they ship quickly and sometimes their dies are slightly less costly than others. None of that matters if you receive inferior or non-existent customer service. They just lost a good customer, as far as I'm concerned.

Anne,

This was on their email to me in early April:
Vacation Announcement
We will be away from our office from April 1st until April 12th. Phone calls & emails will be returned when we get back.
I would have thought they would get back to you by now.

Never had an issue with them. Been buying for over a year now. I find their prices and shipping to be the best.

They also have a great sale until 4/29 on Memory Box when you use code MB10.

Hope everything got fixed for you by now.
