I may have missed this so not sure if it's really a 'new' announcement but I just saw on the joann.com site that they added the Spellbinder dies:

Joann has had Spellbinder dies for some time but not always on sale. I have never seen any in the store I go to but maybe they are available in some of the bigger stores. I have bought mine from them on-line. Good service too.

I ordered 7 of the New release sets from Ritz last Monday and had them in my hands on Thursday. They were $16.55 per set...what an awesome price..plus free shipping...
