cuttlebug floders on clearance!!!

hi i went to joanns todya and saw that all of the folders and i think diecuts were on clearance i couldnt tell on the diecuts since they were all gone :( but they were about 2.49 something like that
just wanted to give the heads up

Interesting! Do you think Joanns are going to stop selling Cuttlebug or are embossing folders yesterdays trend? I realize there are new ones, but not that many

They may be retsocking with new stuff. Ours here has a lot of Fiskars stamps for clearance (Cloud 9 and others, too.) Almost 80% off on many. I thought it was odd, but I was in a Michaels today and saw the same thing with th esame companies...but Michaels clearance price was at least $2 on each set.

I read that Fiskars decided to eliminate all secondary products and concentrate on their core business which is cutting implements. In the article they said that they had gotten onto too many products such as rubber stamps, texture plates, photo corners, etc and those were not their expertise .

Provo Craft did release "some" new CB embossing folders, but they seem to be concentrating on new cartridges for their Cricut. There are only so many ideas for embossing folders , but the images for cutting cartridges is nearly unlimited. Just my observation.

That would have been fun. I went by our JoAnns on Monday morning, ALL the good cleanance stuff here was totally gone. All of it. Oh well. Sometimes you are just too late here.

I was in Michaels on Saturday and they had a bunch on clearance for $1.99 and some dies too for $1.99.
