Does anyone have any suggestions about where I can get a wavy paper cutter? I'd like to make some cards that will have waves made of paper and don't want to cut each sheet by hand.
I know I've seen one before, but I can't remember where. Ideally, I'd like to keep it under $20, if that's possible.
Not really. It works just like a paper trimmer, only it cuts wavy. You can have 2 wave cuts, a narrower one and a wider one. You can choose to only use one or both.
I have something similar to the Creative Memories Decorative Trimmer. It's actually their circle cutting kit, except back when I bought it, it came with a straight & wavy pattern to use with it. Here is the link
Apparently now they are only offering this with the shapes. But I definitely recommend this system from them. It cuts well! I'm sure the Decorative Trimmer works great too!
I have to make about 25 of these cards and each will have at least 2 layers of waves. I was planning on using vellum, too. I don't know if tearing it will work.
Does anyone know how fast the shipping is with CM? Anyone know a rep in the Seattle area?
Like Stampin Up,,,,the CM website lets you type in a zip code and they will give you names in the area. I also have the decorative trimmer and enjoy using it.

CM is the best for a "true" wavy cut. Will not compromise on that one, it's the best.
