This week's sketch was inspired by a fabulous card created during one of the recent VSN's. I loved scrapnstampmommy's use of color and of course thought this design was fabulous!
**bonus fun winner**
I did the random number drawing again to find our winner who did a card using SC39 and one other. This week's bonus fun winner is craftycacky When you get a chance send me a PM with your address and I will send you a goodie

-Now you're ready to choose print and it should print to actual size of the card depending on your computer.
here is mine....I don't have any circle punches, so I cut out the shapes and attached them with brads to make them spin...thanks for the inspiration....I think I will take every Wed morning off so I can play every week!!! (nice to have dreams!)
Yeah! I have the day off, and if I can just go get the dishwasher going, and some laundry started, I can stamp my heart out for about 3 hours!!! I love this sketch! Can't wait to get started!
I combined the color & sketch challengs for this week. I was trying to stay away from circle punches to see if I could get a similar effect and it was fun!
I must be having a lucky week - first a prize at VSN and now the Bonus Fun winner - thanks Andrea!
I had trouble with this sketch for some reason. I tried several different stamp sets until I found one I liked. I feel like I might need to order something new!
Here is my card for SC40. This was a card i made quite a while ago but I think it is pretty close to the challenge so I am posting it. As of 8:40pm EST it is still pending
Thanks for looking!

I really hate my card, but here it is anyway. As soon as I saw this challenge I thought of my clear buttons. The colors were great when I picked them out. As a matter of fact the card was great up until I added the circles. The floral looks INCREDIBLE in silver on the eggplant. I'll be using that again for a different project. Maybe gold would have been better than silver for this card? I don't know. Something else different with the buttons for sure. At least I didn't stamp the buttons. I can pull them off and use them for something else LOL.
If any of you struggled more than I did with this challenge I do feel for you. I had the greatest ideas in the mind for fall cards but they looked hideous on paper. I tried circles - ugly, triangles - ugly again...So I moved on to Christmas. I did this card and didn't like it so I tore it apart, cut it down and layered it. I like the results now and if I come up with any other ideas that don't turn out hideous I'll post them.
This is a fun layout. I'm not thrilled with my card for all the work I did on it but it was fun to do. I will try this sketch again. Thanks for the challenge Andrea. I look forward to this one each week.
Here is one from me. It combines TLC31 and SC40. Fun technique that makes beautiful backgrounds but rather messy. I was then a little stumped regarding what to do with the background.
