JulyVSNF- 9:45 "Gender Bender" Challenge
OK Ladies, are you ready for another challenge! This one is called "Gender Bender" and here is what you are challenged to do. Imagine... you are a fairly new stamper, with a limited library of stamp sets.... it is your father's birthday and you want to make him a card, but you only have girly sets! Get those creative juices flowing, and make a card for a man using those feminine stamps!
In a nutshell- Using a stamp set that is considered to be a more feminine style such as floral, hearts, etc.. and make a masculine card, or, use a masculine themed stamp set such as outdoors, bugs, vehicles, to make a feminine card.
Be sure to put JulyVSNF in the title when you post it to your gallery. All entries must be downloaded by noon on Sunday, but for fairness sake, the challenge must be completed during the 45 minute time frame.
I'm here if you have any questions. Have fun!

This is good because whenever I show DH a new creation, he says, "that's nice but it's too girly".

You can do it! Just think "outside the box" as far as colors and embellishments... challenge yourself...

I would call it a neutral... you could make it either feminine or masculine... you decide.

Hope this looks guyish enough, my DH is at work so I can't ask him. A friend made a card to look like board shorts so I got inspired. Let me know what you think.

Here's mine! It's not overly masculine, but since I used flower stamp sets I think I did okay!

Do submit both! You can only win one prize for the entire evening though.... but either one may just be the one.

Ok - I did this, but I'm not sure it really worked. Oh well, it was fun anyway! I'll have to ask my hubby when he wakes up tomorrow! (This was a lot harder than I thought it would be!) Great challenge!
