Default Good source for lightweight chipboard/coasters?

What is a good source for lightweight chipboard and/or coasters? I ordered medium weight through American Coaster but I don't think I want that much of the lightweight! I found some on Eclectic Paperie but they come in packs of 10 so I was looking for somewhere that might sell it in bigger quantity - I know I can always order multiple packages. But thought I'd see if someone else had found somewhere that they really liked purchasing through. Thanks!

Rubbernecker - I got your PM but was unable to reply because it looks like you might have too many saved PM's. I am interested - probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 250 - could you let me know the cost? My zip code is 98038. Thanks!

Hey--sorry about that! I cleaned some out now. Let me try to figure that out. How soon do you need them?

Miss Julie, I haven't done a side-by-side yet, but I would be happy to send you a few to play with! ;)

Curious...

What is the benefit of the lightweight chipboard? Besides possibly saving on shipping?

I think I have medium weight that I use for books with my BIA. If I used lightweight wouldnt it be flimsy?

Inquiring minds want to know!

I think the lightweight cuts easier if you wanted to use it with Nestabilities or Cuttlebug or Sizzix. I haven't tried doing that yet, but that was my thinking.

I have the light weight and the medium weight. The light weight is good for anything that is not heavy use and for multi pages in a coaster album.

The lightweight are great for using your CB, nesties, Sizzix dies to cut and the lighter weight is great for cards and scrapbooks.

I used the lightweight ones for board books with dual-sided paper and they work great.

I've also used the lightweight ones for mini-photo albums, whole punched with my crop-a-dille and ribboned together kinda zig-zaggy. I made one for a 2nd cousin who performed with her high school band and just wallet sized the pictures! I did it in her school colors and included a journal page at the end for her...it was just too cute!

Default Coasters

I went to Ruby Tuesday tonight. They had round coasters that where real light and thin. I asked the waitress for some and she brought me about 30 of them yayyyyyy
It can't hurt to ask.

I'm looking for them for the nestablities specifically -- I can cut the medium weight w/ my CB dies perfectly but the nestabilities 'blade' isn't deep enough to cut through the medium. Thanks rubbernecker - replying to you now!

I first check out my neighborhood CHILIS restaraunt, and ask if I may have a stack of them from the server. I just tell them I make crafts with them, and one gal opened a new pkg and handed me maybe 50+!!! I wouldve been happy to just take them from the tables!! LOL
They are green, but since they are painted or papered over, it doesnt matter to me. Just an idea!
