This week for the Ways to Use it Challenge we are going to find ways to use TAPE! With all the Christmas wrapping going on and fighting over the tape with my little guys...tape has been on my mind. Now Im NOT talking about just using regular adhesive tape to hold your design togetherIm talking tape that that you can see or at leastuse it in a special way. There are all kinds of tapes available on the market if you just stop and think about it. Textured Tape, printed tape, red-line tape, packing tape, masking tape, rub-on transfer tapes...have fun with it!
Please remember to put WT143 in your keywords section and post a link back here so that we can all see your designs! Make cards, altered projects, layouts...whatever...just find some fun ways to use tapes! This is not a contest...all are welcome and there are no time limites. Please just upload NEW designs for this challenge...we want to get your creating! ;)

(hitting head against wall......why didn't I take the plunge and buy that decorative tape last week when I had it in my hot little hands??? WHY???? Cause I thought "when am I going to use this?!!!! UUUGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!)
Oh I want to play! But darn it, I am stuck at work! Now I have to think about my card all day...anticipating making it this afternoon! This will be a fun one, thanks!
Gosh, I must live in a cave -- honestly!!! What is all this textured tape you girls are talking about -- I am light years behind all you girls!!! Another thing to add to my list -- LOL!!!

what is Heidi swapp tape, and where do you get all this tape?
Heidi Swapp tape is very similar to the Making memories textured tape. It just is more a paper than a fabric tape. You can buy them at Michael's or other scrapbook stores.
But please...you can use other kinds of tape. The packing tape glitter windows...packing tape transfer with photos, masking tape techniques. how about that red-line super sticky tape with microbeads? I've also taken double-sided tape, adhered it to the card, sprinkled it with embossing powder and then heated for a neat frame look. I know it is an out of hte box challenge but should be workable and fun.
Twill tape...hadn't really thought of that one, but hey...go ahead! LOL
Here is my submission for this week's sketch challenge & ways to use it challenge. I didn't have the tape like you wanted, so I used sticky strip to make a glittered tape... hope that works!
Sorry for the fuzzy picture... for some reason, I can't get this in focus. I took like 20 pictures, and they all came out fuzzy. Odd! I guess it just reflects my fuzziness without coffee. Christmas Birthday
