Does anybody have any idea how many rolls of ribbon it holds, grosgrain, narrow and wide organdy?

The drawers are 8 1/8" wide, so the number of spools the drawer will hold depends on how wide the spool is. For example, you would be able to fit 8 one-inch sppols in the drawer. SU 7/8" ribbon spools are a little wider than that, so it will fit 7 with just a little space left over. I put various thickness' of spools in my drawers to maximize space. There would be some space left over in the back to store duplicate or un-used spools also. I am able to fit 19 rolls of SU gros-grain in one drawer! Hope this helps!

Default CraftLocker Ribbon Storage

Are these sold in a store anywhere or just on their web-site?

CraftLocker Storage units are available at a limited number of independent stores in the U.S. Currently they are not available in the larger chains (Michael's, JoAnn, etc.). If you call the 800 number on the website, or go the the customer service section of the site http://www.craftlocker.com
and send an email telling them what city you live in, they will let you know if someone in your area carries them.

Oooh Yeah. I like them a lot, had a conversation with DH just yesterday about ribbon storage, but I don't think I would spend over $20.00 for this.

I took a peek! I think they look way nice and I'm thinking of switching my pant hanger wheel storage over to theirs. I hate having to pull off all the wheels off that hanger to get to the wheel I wannna use. AND, their product says the wheels do not rest on the bottom of the drawer, so no fear of damaging the image, which is definitely a smart way to design the thing!

The only thing I forgot to check is if the things can be wall mounted. If they can, that will be what convinces me . . .

Default RIBBON STORAGE

I must be the only nut. I have about 8 (?) spools and have them all together in a plastic shopping bag!

I just got mine yesterday. I immediately went upstairs to my craft room to put my ribbon in it. I thought one would do it but unfortunately it doesn't. However, I am going to save for another one. I only put my Stampin' Up ribbon in it and it works wonderfully. I love the way you can open the doors and push them back out of the way when in use. I also like the adjustability of the drawers. There are three drawers but there are about six glides to put them on so you can adjust the distance between drawers to accomodate all size rolls. I think it is worth the money I spent and certainly they are worth more than $20 just because the construction is so very nice and sturdy.

Now I have to also save for the wheel one. I can hardly wait to put them in something that is easier to use.

I have the wheel and ribbon storage units from Craftlocker...got them the day they annouced the ribbon unit was back in stock. Love them both! They can attach to the wall...there are two places for screws to hook into on the back. You know, they are expensive but they have really cleaned up the look of that particular part of my stamping area...now what do I do about the rest of it? ~Lorie

Default $37.29 on sale THEN add s/h

This ribbon storage unit is VERY expensive. How many of our ribbons fit? It would be awful to spend this much and then find out you need 2 or 3!

Does anyone know how many SU wheels fit into one of these?

One wheel & handle Sorage drawer will fit up to 10 regular wheels or 4 jumbo + 2 regular wheels. It will depend on how the dividers are set up in each drawer. There are enough dividers to put 10 regular wheels in 4 drawers (the 5th drawer intended for handle storage). Hope this helps.

Default $35 + $5 S&H for SCSers!

I have the ribbon storage units in stock in my farm shop! $35 plus $5 shipping and 6.4% tax per unit (discounted price and shipping rate ONLY for SCS!). Each unit is regularly $39.95 plus $8-$10 shipping!

I had my ribbon on a pants hanger but it was too much effort to replace an empty spool and the ribbon unwound too easily! I found these and loved them so much I decided to sell them in my shop! Super sturdy and wall-mountable and portable, too! When I contacted the company, they were so nice and I discovered the owner is a SU! demo...so of course, she designed these to fit the SU! ribbons and wheels perfectly!

I can get 18-19 spools of grossgrain on one shelf. The cord and wide organdy are space hogs but still fit nicely on these shelves!

PM me if you are interested!
