TLC 145 - A Tile by any other Name...
TLC 145 A Tile by any other Name.
Thanks Beth for asking me to host the challenge this week!
If you are like me, you are looking for a quick holiday gift for co-workers or friends that is simple, but elegant. I found that stamping on tile is easy, affordable, and makes a great coaster set.
Heres two examples I made:
Christmas Cardinal
Provencal Castle
There are lots of examples of stamped tiles here on SCS on the
Resources Page.
Tiles , tiles, and more tiles
When you upload, please use keyword
TLC145 and upload to the special section of the gallery for Tiles (Anything BUT a Card/Tiles)

If we don't have any tiles can we use Chipboard Coasters?

Go to Gallery, scroll down to Anything but a Card and select it. Scroll down to Tile and select it. You should be able to see the photos.... PM me, if you can't and I will send you a jpg file.

I have lots of tiles. Now if I can only find time to play. I first need to design 2 cards for my class tomorrow and cut all the card stock -- I know, I know... I shouldn't have left it till the last minute. Guess I should pull out some retiring sets to work with.

hmmmm.... I think the only tiles I have are 12" x 12"! Those would make for some GI-normous coasters!

I've been wanting to try out this technique and still don't have any tiles. :( I do have a few chipboard coasters so maybe I'll do something with them.

I just made a tile over the weekend printing on tissue paper and decoupaging onto the tile - I'll load that when I get home! Hope that counts even though it's not stamping??!
