TLC143 - You are my cup of tea!
Morning, my friends! If you are planning ahead for the holiday season, here is a perfect "little something" for those occasions when you would like to give "just a little something". I'm talking about Tea Bag holders! You can also substitute a packet of hot chocolate or even Kool-Aid.
I found this thread:
//www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=131317 which has some examples, and a document with a diagram and instructions. The document is attached below.
There are other ways to make Tea Bag holders, so feel free to use whatever method/design you like.
For your inspiration:
Tea Bag Holders
Please upload to the special section of the gallery under Gift Ideas called Tea Bag Holders and use keyword TLC143.
Because this is a relatively easy project, I'm going to add a "catch" to make it a little more challenging, given the current trend in paper crafts....the catch is
you can't use patterned paper . Let's see some stamping! :-D
Have fun!

Cute idea. I'm going to have to try this one. I just noticed the last lines about no patterned paper. I'm glad I caught that before I went to my stamp room. Thanks for the challenge.

These will be great to give out as take home favors at my Christmas Tea next month.
I bought a new Penny Black *This And Every Year* stamp set Friday; using my 40% off coupon at Hobby Lobby. I think it will work nicely.
Thanks for the neat idea.

What a great challenge! These will be perfect for teacher gifts. I found some cute sayings and poems about tea
here . They might be good sentiments to put inside the holder.

HERE is mine... I didn't exactly play by the rules... I made a hot chocolate holder. It's trying to rain/snow here today, so it puts me in the mood for some hot chocolate (making some as soon as I'm done posting!). I hadn't used my Like It a Latte set in so long, too... LOVE THAT SET! Anyway, enjoy!

What a cute idea! I just borrowed Like It A Latte from a friend so this challenge came at a perfect time. I'm off to play!

Ok, I cant do this one. I only have loose tea in the house and we dont drink cocoa, and when I give it I make a mix.
Darn it.
Looks fun, I cant think of anything else slim that I have that would fit.
I'll just enjoy the gallery this time!

Thanks for this. I was thinking of making tea bag holders for some members of our church but didn't know how to go about it, so the timing of your challenge is perfect. Now it's time to get stamping!
