Arrow I give up! Reindeer Noses poem please!

Okay, I'm probably making this up, but after much searching and dismay, I've come to the conclusion that I've either imagined a cute Christmas candy gift idea that has a cute reindeer tab and large red candies (not red hots) as the reindeer noses, or I've lost my mind!!! Either way, I've searched for 30 minutes now, need to go to bed, and still haven't found it yet!

If anyone knows of the gallery posting of this adorable candy/bag idea, please send me the link. I think there was a poem with it about "noses" and being naughty perhaps, not sure, but would really like to have this! It was so cute!

Thanks to anyone who can help solve this mystery! Please!

I used that during a craft fair last year so it does exist. I will look for it and post it for you when I find it.

I found it. I can't remember where I got it from originally, but it is cute. I used it with red hots for the replacement nose.

Rudolph has a job to do
Every Christmas Eve, it's true.
His nose will always light the way
For Santa and his tiny sleigh,
But if his nose should ever go out
Don't cry or whine or yell or pout.
Take out this bag and use a bit.
From Rudolph's Red Nose repair kit!

So tell us what this looks like. It sounds cute, but, don't know what kind of bag, how big, etc...
Thanks

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I just use those zip top bags you find in the jewelry dept. of craft stores. Make a folded card over the top with a stamped image of a reindeer and red nose. Either make the tab on top large enough for the poem, or put the poem behind the bag.

There are some versions of this on SCS...search reindeer or noses.

Oh, and for the noses, I found those movie sized candy boxes of "Sour Cherries" from Wally.

Thanks again. I knew you ladies would come through!

I did use the sour cherries (the ones that I did not eat, yum) from WM instead of the red hots. I had forgotten about that. Instead of bags, I found some little square plastic containers (about 2" x 2") with a red lid at the Dollar Tree. I believe there were about 6 or 8 for $1.00. Don't hold me to that...it has been a year since I did these. I then put printed the poem out and cut them out to fit the lids. Dressed the label up with ribbon and glitter before I attached it to the lid. Filled them with the candy and you have your Emergency Red Nose Repair Kit. Pair them with the Magic Reindeer Food, a fake key for Santa to use to get in if the fireplace is missing or in use, a small pack of cookies and a package of hot chocolate mix and you can be sure that your children are fully prepared for Christmas Eve. I know that my youngest grandchildren (then 2, 3 and 9) loved them. Their Mom and Dad took them through the whole ritual of preparing everything for Santa and the Reindeer before they went to bed. They spread the Reindeer Food in the yard, left the nose kit by the cookies and milk and attached the key to the front door with a note for Santa. I wish I could have been there. They called me and were so excited.

I put it all together in a dressed up (christmas pattern paper) quart size paint can and made and attached labels for Christmas Eve Emergency Kits. I put labels on the back about the contents and what they were to be used for. I don't know if I have any left over, but I will look and if I find one tomorrow, I will take pics and post it. I will also look for the labels for the can and post those for anyone that wants them.

Default Our version of Reindeer noses

we used 2-5-7-10 boxes for our reindeer noses and snowman seeds kits at a recent craft sale.
Cut a hole in the front. Inserted red candy for spare noses. Closed with a ribbon and a tag complete with the Merry and Bright Reindeer. I used gems found at the Dollar store as the nose.
Tried to upload photo here but can't so here is a link to it on my blog.

Any pictures of the "magic key"? This will be soooo great to make for my granddaughter and save as a yearly tradition.

Please do not use glitter in your reindeer food! It is dangerous to birds and other small animals that eat it out of your yard!

Here is a website I found with all the "poop" poems (reindeer poop, snowman poop) etc. It has some funny stuff. There may be poems for reindeer noses as well, not sure. Hope this helps someone... http://www.sawyers-specialties.com/p...andy-Treat.php

At my walmart there is a key ornament for .99 that is glittery and you can get them in gold, red and I think silver... These are perfect size for Santa Keys ...
