Okay, this one was kinda hard for me, but I like the end result. I should have put something under the small pics of us, but I didn't realize how plain that part looked until after it was stuck down. Oh well...
OOOHHH! I love these challenges because they keep me on task. I have so many scrapbooking goals I want to meet. But then I get behind. :( I had to go get supplies from my sisters room this week before I could do some things and it has been a hectic week.
Okay, so I have finally participated in a SB challenge! Yeah! I'm so glad I did too...
Here's the 12 x 12 page I came up with... I know the mesh isn't exactly part of the sketch but I felt it needed some more dimension to it and the color and squares seemed to be a natural fit...

I have finished one!!! But the diamond glaze is still drying. :( I don't expect to be able to scan it until tomorrow and then I won't be able to add it to forum for a bit after that. Probably tomorrow afternoon.

Image pending approval They have to be approved?
Yep, all images are approved after they are uploaded. That way nothing that shouldn't be on here gets by and if it is in the wrong category it will get moved to the right one.
Eary? Honestly I have to start going to bed at a decsent hour, when will I grow weary of this site and stop spending so much time here? I know rumor has it never!
I have had sick kids, so I'm only just starting on these sketches, but here is the last one first - SBSC04. I'm doing a midnight madness 6-hour scrapbook session tomorrow night at our local scrapbook store, so I'm hoping to get the other 3 done then.
These are photos from about 12 years ago when I was living in London and we got attacked by the pigeons at Trafalgar Square. I've been looking at them for years trying to get motivated to go back and do them, so this challenge was just the kick in the pants I needed!
I don't have a scanner, so I had to use my digital photo, so my picture isn't as clear as everyone elses, but you get the idea.
If it wasn't for the very last minute I would never get anything done... 2 AM Saturday morning and I just did the scrapbook challenge for last week... Doesn't really look much like the sketch but I had good intentions and I got two more pages done.... So I figure that's what counts.
