I am a big fan of King's work but this book I heard was a departure from his typical style, I think that why I've been so hesitant to start it (and I even have it!). Is this what you're finding, that it's different than his other books? I'm glad to know it requires tenacity, so I'll be more inclined to stick it out when I do pick it up, rather than get frustrated and quit.
