I looked up the rule regarding this and found this passage:
SU! Classic (hinged lid only) and Craft (linen cover only) Pads may be listed for sale, regardless of whether the color is current. Discontinued ink colors can be sold in any style pad. Items that are currently sold by SU! such as 12x12 repackaged cardstock and WWC are considered current whether in new or old packaging.
So, in order to be within the rules they must have been for trade only and you had to have list posted of items you are looking for. Here is a link to the rules:
