bananas!!!
Ooooh....Hey mista tallyman, tally me bananas...daylight come an me wanna go home!!! Sorry! My immediate thought was BANANAS!!! Hope to play in this one!
I really don't like these colors together. I don't know what it is about them. I made a post-it cover for someone who fortunately loves yellow, but not one I will probably repeat. You can't see it in the scanned picture, but the Barely Banana strip is crimped. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

I am having a hard time with this one, I am staring at the cardstock and NO inspiration is coming, well, I guess I should pull out the canvas stamp, when all else fails, pull out the canvas!

Here is my card. I am going to have to make a monkey card next with these colors! I really like how the Art Of Life creates a nice canvas variation. I can give my Canvas stamp a break from all it's heavy use. Enjoy!
I started out by dabbing the two yellows onto glossy cardstock. Then I covered it all up with black using the Emerging Colors technique from yesterday's Technique Lover's Challenge (#15). Fun! Thanks, MamaK! I needed to stretch today--and I stretched all over the dining room and kitchen This was my messiest card in a long time!
summer fun is what these colors brought to mind. I did substitute Kraft for the browns for a neutral as that's what I had on hand. Time to reorder card stock obviously. Here's my card. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
After seeing that Emily used a different brown, too, I decided to go ahead and put in a link for mine! I was unsure of how to use the colors at first, but I think they turned out OK.
Here's mine. Mostly Summer Sun and Choc. Chip with just a hint of barely banana....I guess you could say it's barely there????????? BWAHAHAHAHA!!
Sometimes, I just crack myself up!

Wasn't sure about this one, but wanted to play today. The first card quite liberally uses the neutral color, but on the second one I tried to stick to the formula. Thanks for the fun challenge, MamaKimberly. I never thought I'd be able to make this one work!

I love these 2 yellows together!! Actually use them quite often. Here is a card from our stamp camp last week that used them together. I hope that counts.......at least til I can get home and play tonight! :-)
Not sure if this really counts as a stamped card but I thought the colors looked good together and it met the color challange.(Sorta)Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

I reworked So Special with suggestions from some of the great gang here. I thought I would sneak it in the color challenge. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
