I would contact Colorbox. They would want to know, and hopefully would reimburse you in some way for taking the time to contact them about their product problem. I would think they would replace the colour or the whole Queue, or refund your money. You could also return/exchange the Queue at the place you bought it.
I don't think there's any way to fix this cat's eye pad -- there's no adhesive out there that will be able to bind a damp foam pad to a piece of plastic, or if there is I don't think you'd be very happy with the results.
