I called Cricut and they had me reset my machine, then set it at 1 (speed), 5 (pressure) and 5 (blade). No luck. I have read that the intricate cuts work better at larger sizes but it really bugs me to not be able to use my machine for the whole range of sizes. So, any other ideas??

Thanks!

The only other suggestion is use a thinner cardstock for smaller more intricate cuts. SU we have found need to have a faster speed to cut well, which doesnt work well with the samller shaped cuts. A new blad the highest speed and the deepest depth are what you need to cut SU especially intricate cuts.. You can use less depth and slower speeds with thinner cs.
