The main idea is to use black ink on white cardstock and then pretty it up with other papers and some embellishments. No markers or coloring tools.
Keyword:LSC126 Stamps: any Paper: white for stamped images + additional colors or patterned papers Ink: black ink; no markers or coloring tools Embellishments: any Tools: any (except coloring tools)
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!
Need help linking a card? Follow these instructions!
1. Open 2 windows. One window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Got to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
Your done!
Very interesting challenge, Jen. I'll definitely get to it tomorrow - I'm skeered of the stamping dungeon right now... I left it a mess when I came up with the DD challenge cards. :oops:
I'll try. I'm still allergic to black, and I used it yesterday. *Still feeling a little woozy, but the rash is gone*. I might be recovered enough to give it a try...
Oh Boy, this should be a fun one. I'll sleep on it tonight and hope I have an inspiration.

Think solid images instead of outlined images that would require coloring. What solid images would look good in black?
Your directions and tips are always so helpful. I so want to play tonight but zzzzz's are calling me.

Okay, when I do these things at midnight, I just hope I read the directions correctly and got it together correctly!! Here's one using one of those new stamps that got lots of flack. I kind of like how this one turned out!!

This flower stamp of mine is great for black and white - I had trouble with the colored elements. I think I need to work on this, but no more time right now!
Cheating here, since the card I made for yesterday's challenge fits this one perfectly, but I will go ahead and make an original for this challenge also. This way though I feel I am ahead of all of you girls just a little !! Still trying to figure out how some can get theirs done before 8am my time, but hey, more kuddos to you !!!! My creative juices flow slower, ha !
