Next week's sketch challenge: be sure to check out next week's sketch challenge as there will be a little extra special fun !
REMIDNER: Please put SC22 in the keywords box when you upload your creations!
All are welcome to play along! Use any stamp, any color, and any accessory to create a gorgeous card using the layout provided. Don’t forget to link your cards to this thread and put SC22 in the keywords so we can all see your work!
This week’s inspiration card really first caught my eye because I thought it had such great use of color and then the layout “wowed” me next. Emilymomto3boys’ card, to me, is the epitome of simple chic! You can find the inspiration card in Emily’s gallery here:
I can’t wait to see how this sketch inspires you this week!
To print this layout: - (nc means no color) If you see a small layout click on it or if you see an icon click on the words next to it.
-When the black surround screen appears click only on the layout and a white screen with the layout should appear.
-Right click and click on print from the pop up box or hold down your shift key and P key at the same time.
-Now you're ready to choose print and it should print to actual size of the card depending on your computer.
Oh, girl, you're going to spoil us by being so early this week!
This time I'm going to try to combine the Sketch Challenge with the Color Combo challenge. Just hope I can even find my paper cutter under all the mess on my table!

WOW!! My card is here!! Actually I case'd the look from the last Take Ten magazine, so I can't take credit for it. All the reasons you listed are the things I loved about it too!!
My card is posted to the gallery so now I am going to try and follow the directions to do a link.
You just cannot imagine how really scared I am to post it!

This was a fun one! I also combined the challenge with CC11 because the CC11 colors are just too cool...
For this card, I also used Valerie's Definition Sheet technique! Man, you girls have to try it, it's fun - I really ended up with a different card than I'd ever made.

OOPS! I did not see that the botton part was suppose to go all the way across.
Guess I'll pay more attention next week.
I thought your interpretation was great! I don't think the object of the exercise is to duplicate what is given, but as a launching point to inspire you! And what an inspiration! Look at my submission for last week's. I turned it on it's side! If you look at some of the other submissions to the challenge you will see all kinds of variations on a theme. Your card was your variation and I loved it!

It's in, it's in. I had a blast trying to put together with my extremely limited resources. I found some 12x12 paper from a Sparkling Christmas scrapbook kit...and voila!
My first challenge, I don't love it, but I posted anyways, I am actually working on the Way to use it technique challenge, but while my glossy cardstock was drying I came over to this challenge, thanks for the fun!
