LSC - BONUS Challenge 8
Here's your 8th Bonus Limited Supply Challenge! These will continue to be posted randomly instead of on a schedule and will focus on a particular stamp set, a specific group of stamps, or single stamp.
Please only link NEW cards! Thanks!
Continuing with the retirement theme started by Julia in the Ways to Use It challenge, we are using retiring stamps.... but this time it's just flower images that are retiring. As an added challenge, I want you to create monochromatic cards (shades of the same color).
Retiring List can be found here:
http://www.stampinup.com/us/document...NUMB_COLOR.pdf
Please put
LSCbonus8 in the keyword box when you upload!
Stamps: flowers from retiring sets + any additional stamps
Paper and Ink: monochromatic colors + white or vanilla
Embellishments: any
Tools: any

If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!
Need help linking a card? Follow these instructions!
1. Open 2 windows. One window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Got to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
Your done!

Question! Can someone tell me if the following are retiring (they're from the minis- does that mean they're out or in?)
Big Blossom
Big Blooms
and...does Reason to Smile count as a flower set?

This may be a first - completing a FAST card and posting it the night before! I am usually fast asleep by now - but we are sitting up waiting for DD and family to arrive for a week end - scheduled for 11 p.m. This was a good way to stay awake.
I may have stretched the limits of the directions - had to use a WishRAK image, then make green tulips - better than red leaves, right?

Big Blossom is retired. Reason to Smile would be Ok, too. We don't know about Big Blooms.

Mine is another simple one with gorgeous DP. You can't tell much from the scan though. :-( Pretty ribbons or anything on dimensionals and it ends up wonky.
