I apologize for not having a sample for this challenge from myself, I spent the evening with my sister, mamakimberly. I've only got a few weeks left before her big move to China so I am spending as much time as possible with her before she leaves.
This combo was suggested by Christy S. I might try to make something tomorrow, but I've got a class to get ready for so it might not happen. It is a really great color combo, so have fun with it!
Please put CC114in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card! If you need help uploading click here!
As always, I am open to suggestions for future color challenges! Please pm me if you have one. Including a sample is always appreciated! I will probably not respond, as I get several, but I save them for future reference!
Time with your sister is definitely of utmost importance...I wish my sisters were in the same time zone so I could spend time with them. This is a great challenge for beginning stampers like me...I'll have to try it out...tomorrow.
I don't know that I have EVER done a challenge this fast...I combined today's *warm up card* with the color challenge. here is my temptingrosy apricots
ETA* took about 12 pix, can't get a good one this late at night...sorry!

Well I was up late working on some of my deadlines and figured I would give this one a whirl! The combo was not one I had used before but I am happy with my Girls Night Out card featuring some cute little ladybugs. Thanks for looking.

Great challenge Emily. Enjoy all of your time with your sister. That's more important to us than your sample.

Emily -- big hugs to you and MamaK! Your family is obviously so close, and I know you sisters are going to miss one another so much. On the bright side: thank goodness for the internet, and what a great use of being a card artist! Speaking of cards, I'm still searching for that one I'm sending you -- it's currently lost!
Emily, I didn't know you and Kim are sisters, how wonderful! Enjoy every single minute of time you have with her. My brother is in Utah and I miss him terribly. I wasn't blessed with a sister, but I have wonderful girlfriends who are like sisters to me. You're in my prayers, as well as Kim's safe travel and time in China.
I don't know that I ever would have thought to combine these colors. Very pretty together! Thanks Emily for the challenge (and Christy, too!) and enjoy your time with MamaK! Here's my...
Awesome colors---Emily---thought i would get to upload before work, but alas, it is not to be this morning. Hopefully before the night is over, Iwill get too!!!
This is my early morning try - not real satisfied but I wanted to get something done before getting ready to leave for some appointments. I don't want to disappoint DH - he usually asks about now if I have the challenge completed. LOL
I just looked at the image - IRL the ribbon and the chalk are much closer to Rose Red.
I need to work with it a bit more, but I like how it turned out overall. The 3x3 for yesterday's challenge was a bit harder than I thought it would be! Thanks for looking!
