I've been able to do a lot of reading over the last two weeks. This weekend I read The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold, which was pretty good, and definitely different. Then I read Negotiating with the Dead: a Writer on Writing, by Margaret Atwood.
Now I'm reading Anil's Ghost, by Michael Ondaatje. I'm only on page 30, but so far it's soooo good. It's about a Sri Lankan ex-pat who returns to Sri Lanka as a forensic anthropologist investigating political murders during their civil war.
