Lorraine, I also make sure the ink doesn't dry all of the way. I did that the other night and it was very faint when I tried to rub it on to my card. I don't know if this helps but when I make my verses or word I put the font on bold print. That way there is more ink also on the transparency. Don't know if this is the correct way, but it works for me. Good luck.
