Amy, thanks for this wonderful thread! I got "the bug" yesterday for my b'day! I have the best DH and DD!
I think my DD was just as excited as I was, but she was devastated when the dies cut into the cutting plates, even though I told her it was normal.
Anyway, just a couple questions...you said to flip and turn the plates for even wear. Do you use a different side everytime or use one side for awhile, then switch? Is it ok to run the die through w/ it on the side, rather than in the center?
