If anyone wants an easy way to do the diagonal strip, take a straight piece of card stock that is 5-1/2" long and the width you want the strip. Lay it across your card at the angle you want and glue it down; then turn over and trim off the excess on the ends. (Basically, this requires no figuring of angles, etc. - I don't do math!) If want the strip layered, do the layer before you glue. |
You are so clever!! Too bad I just finished my card and boy did I fight with that angle since I just had to layer it. Maybe I'll do a second one later. BTW - your original is awesome!! I'll post mine shortly...
