LSC98 - Fun Fibers
Brought to you by deeth1 (Thanks Deloris!)
As many of you know, I LOVE ribbon! But today, we are not using any ribbon! Gasp! Instead of ribbon, we are using fibers. I have fibers, but they just sit here because I’d rather use my ribbon.
Keyword: LSC98
Stamps: any
Paper & Ink: any
Embellishments: fiber + one more non-ribbon embellishment, if desired
We also have a bonus challenge, today. It’s a special one for a real need. Here's the link:
Forums at Splitcoaststampers
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!
Need help linking a card? Follow these instructions!
1. Open 2 windows. One window for your card and one for this thread.

3. Got to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
Your done!

I have a ton of these too and I never use them. They're not really my fav. I'm with you Jen, I'd rather use ribbon. This will be a tough one for me!

Mmmmm... I love my fibers!!!! I just got a new package of Elizabeth in my order today. If you haven't tried dying that with reinkers, you need to try it! Looks like silk ribbon and you can match anything you have a reinker for! I LOVE IT!!!!

Can I just link you to my gallery? I'm not sure I'm capable of making a card WITHOUT fibers! I'll make a new one when I get home from work.

This has been a mixed bag of challenges for me this week. No Sahara Sand or Going Gray yesterday -- and no fibers today! I'll just have to sit back and watch the others play.

It is doing this when I click on any key word. When I use the search from the gallery home page, it works.
Thanks for the challenge, Jen. (and the bonus, too)

I whipped one out before work. I've had this image sitting on my craft table for 2 weeks. This challenge was pitifully easy for me because I'm obsessed with fibers and certainly don't have a limited supply of them. TFL!

Well, Jen, I got my cuttlebug yesterday and just happened to be playing around with some flashing tape with it - finished with the fibers this morning. Fun challenge - will do the bonus challenge shortly!

Oh, do I struggle to use fibers! Thanks for the challenge Jen...I'll be sure to think about it. (I always think about the challenges, even if I don't have time to do them.) This time, I'll try extra hard to accomplish the challenge.
