Valentine ideas for Friends?

Speaking with someone recently about Valentine's Day gave me some insight...

...since not everyone has a special someone in their life, I don't want to have people feel uncomfortable if I do a M&T at my parties, if they don't have a special guy in their lives...do you all have ideas for cards or small gifts for gals to make for their friends - almost anyone would have a gal to give something to, right?:

I do remember seeing a friendship teabag holder that could be easy...anyone else have any ideas?

I make a 3X3 note card and then staple it to a baggie full of candy for my co-workers....they love them....

What a cards to send to grandchildren, nieces, nephews, children of friends? Kids love to receive mail so I also enjoy making things for them.

I just love those little nugget tents with the hersey nuggets canyd that Cat posted. Super cute and super easy. Also altered Frap bottles or pop top cans if you're looking for a project type item. I usually do send valentines cards to my friends.

Maybe you could tailor the make-n-take item so that you could change out the sentiment. An option for those that have a special someone and one for those that wish to use it for friends, relatives, etc.

Another thought...what about a candy topper bag decorated with hearts or something and fill it with M&Ms? Or make a 2468 box?

These Sweetheart Sliders are cute, and easy to make!!! Try it with a piece of typing paper first, and these are easy to whip out...
or try a Hershey Kiss Holder like this. Directions are in the 4th post or so...and can be changed to any length...
or Sour Cream containers or a Chinese take-out box with Hershey Kisses in them...
or a treat pouch using the diaper fold (origami cup)...
That's what I'm coming up with so far...

I think of valentines more as 'love' then as a special person and since we love lots of people... it's still for everyone!
