IC54 - Floral Bedding
Inspiration Challenge 54 - Floral Bedding
This beautiful ensemble was sent to me by Susan (aka Rainy). The bedding was found in the Horchow catalog.
My sample - Thoughtful Rose.

LOVE this challenge! This is what came of my ideas although it is NOT what I had in mind.....I like it though. The scan is wierd. The Linen looks the same on top and bottom.........:confused: those scanners

This is INDEED a challenge for me, as I do not like that bedding set. LOL I am probably in the minority. I do not own any big flowers (stamps)except for daisy. I will sleep on it, though.

I saw that lovely color set on black in this piece. Wanted to use the black background and get color to show up. I tried once by stamping with white craft and painting with pastels, too subtle and the colors wouldn't show dark enough to suit me. So I tried another using white craft and pearl ex--I wished I had the pinks to use, but only have one set, so it is blues and greens. Now I have some bright color on top of black and I'm liking it.

I didn't know where I was going to go with this one but I think I pulled it off ok. I will send this card to Judy's Mom and hope it helps to ease her worries just a little.
