IC50 - Store Bought Card
Inspiration Challenge 50 - Store Bought Card
This beautiful card front was submitted by Cary (aka Miss Minx). I'm such a sucker for sunflowers I couldn't say no
I'm helping my mom do a craft fair Saturday so my card will have to wait (wish us luck!!). But, seeing as I do love sunflowers, I will defintely have one soon.
Oh, and for those who like to be teased - my 1 year challenge is coming up after Thanksgiving. I'm going to have a little contest - with prizes!! (Thanks Joyclynn (aka Twget) for helping me with that!!)
There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild -- be *inspired* and go get stamping!
REMINDER: Please put IC50 in the keywords box when you upload your card (no space b/n IC and the challenge number) . If you have more than one keyword use a comma to separate them. Thanks!

Don't forget about No Upload Sunday Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little on your favorite site). Thank you!!

My Original peice of art!
Woohoo...I know it's late (11:06 p.m.) but I saw this sunflower and an idea popped in my head. I don't even OWN any sunflower stamps, so I made one up. I'm proud of myself...I didn't even go looking at any for ideas...this is my original:

awww man this is awesome. So now I know I'll have to fit it in later today. I'll be running until late afternoon though. Too funny, the other day a friend of mine was just asking me about sunflower stamps and if I had any. she may want to borrow the one I have but she'll have to wait know until I get to this challenge. teeheee. I haven't used it in a very long time and now I can't wait.. cool Ic karen.

It's a good thing I woke up early this morning so I could get started on this one. Does anyone else notice the cards created from this challenge take a long time to complete ? I don't know why but I am so involved with my IC card, maybe that is the whole point in creating from an Inspirational art challenge. Anyway, I just love this challenge and seeing what everyone creates from the sample. It is like seeing an Art Gallery right from home !

That is a beautiful card. I simply have no large butterfly stamps. My stamp room is just full of so much stuff you can't imagine....and I don't have what I need! Unbelievable.....my DH can't seem to believe it either!

Mine, too, kept evolving and changing, and it took me half a day to finish it, but I guess I'm pleased with the results. Thanks, Karen, for an exciting challenge!

This was fun. It took a while to finish as I had to wait for the glitter glue to dry before I could stick the butterfly on the flower.
