Ok, so I had my show today. It was a show for the employees at my DH's job. I did much better than I thought I would. I think I could've raised my prices, but there were 58 vendors, and I was afraid I wouldn't sell things and end up with a lot of inventory left over. Here's what I sold:
small tins (Target) with a notebook and pen for little girls - $6 - sold 8
large lunch tins with notebook, pen, and 2 cards for "big" girls - $12 - sold 2
coasters - set of 4 - $10 - sold 8 ( I sold out of these)
covered address books from Dollar store - $4 - sold 3
covered magnetic mini clipboards with notebook and pen - $4 - sold 2
covered composition books with pen - $4 - sold 3
medium sized spiral notebooks with pen - $3 - sold 2
notepads with pen $2 - sold 8
mini composition books with pen - the tiny ones that come in a 4 pack at dollar store - $2 - sold 20
gift tags - 7 for $1 - sold 4 sets
reindeer food - .50 - sold 1 - anybody want some?
RSVP pens - .75 - sold 5
I am surprised with what sells and what doesn't. The table next to me had awesome, awesome, cards, and post it holders, and notebooks, along with a ton of other stamped items. The other side had theme baskets, and I don't think they sold even 5. The table across from me had cards, and I didn't see them sell any, but I don't know how much they were asking. I guess it really depends on the crowd. Luckily for me, there were a lot of little girls and mothers of little girls at this show. As the craft show season gets into swing, I can't wait to hear how everyone else does. Good luck!
