Very cool challenge, Beth. I will warn y'all... this is not a super simple card, so be prepared.
Here's one from my gallery:
copper bliss .
I need to go in to work again today, so I'm not sure when I'll get to the challenge, but I'd like to make another one.

HAHAHAHA!
When I saw the header I thought we were going to be making cards using our favorite sports team as inspiration! LOL
These fans are very neat, but a little daunting. If I have time, I will have to give this a try.

Mine is not nearly as elegant as the posted samples, but it was fun to try something new. Thanks Beth!

Here's mine! This was loads of fun. I did get out my protractor though, I wanted to make sure each panel was 20 degrees. One thing that I recommend doing is numbering the backs of each fan panel. I know it's easy enough to match them up, but if you number them, there's no second guessing yourself!

Finally got my card done. It definitely took some thinking and time to get the wedges done right, but I like the end result.
