I decided to make this week an easy challenge since last week not everyone could play. This week the ways to use it challenge is to use your Color Wheel. Pick a color combo off it and try it out. If you are like me and don't have a color wheel yet...don't worry...LauraKJ has this cool color combo site that you can use as well.
(this link has been updated, thanks for the heads up on the new link!)
I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with and hope that you can all play along this week. If you have any color tips or other ideas, feel free to share them with us. Please remember to put WT81 in your keywords section and post a link back to this thread so that we can all see your work. Make as many new creations as you wish and they don't have to be cards...anything you can stamp on is perfectly fine!
Thanks Julia - this is a great challenge for me because I often go "Blech!" when I look at my color wheel and see the colors they've put together! This will make me stretch

I love Laura's site as well (but never put 2 and 2 together to know who owned the site)! Thanks for the easy challenge--I have several potential SAS idea cards to create today just in case I need them.
Fun! I told a friend that I thought I was color-challenged since I had so much fun (without much effort) doing the B & W challenge earlier this week. I think it's high time to reincorporate some color into my life! I really should be getting ready for my yard sale, but I'm going to do this first!
No color wheel here. Never needed one. I just love color and love to experiment with combos, so I'm game. But I will probably have to wait till later - DH wants me to come in to work today! The nerve! Doesn't he know I have important stamping to do?

I will have to try this one tonight or more likely tomorrow night, no, darn it, I won't be home with time to stamp until late Sunday night and since I figured out that cool color combo site I love using it!!! Why do I have "plans"? I'll get to it next week, hopefully! Or maybe I can stamp a card today when I go home today at lunch time???
oooh, this will be fun. I just got new packs of SU paper yesterday and was sad that I had to wait until next week for a new color challenge. This is perfect, can't wait to work on my card tonight. Now to pick my colors.... oh the possibilities.
Thanks for the easy one, Julia! I use that web site for colors all the time! I chose Regal Rose, Bashful Blue and Lavender Lace for a chilly winter card...

I don't use one either Melody...I usually just get my color combos from my head or from inspiration from clothing or packages. I thought it might be fun to try out a new combo from the wheel or web-site that I hadn't thought of before.
Thanks for the fun challenge Julia. I looked for the oddest color combo I could find on the color wheel. I wasn't sure what this would look like together, but it turned out OK. It's not my favorite color combo, but at least I tried something different.

Great challenge -a good reminder to use that thing that hangs on my wall, but I actually used the color combo website for this combo, and I picked cool caribean, whisper white, basic black and real red. Here's my card:
Thanks for the great challenge - I love using the color coach and the recommended In Color Combo's that SU gave us a while ago. Here's mine with Violet, Sage Shadow, and Bordering Blue -
Julia, there were just too many choices to make on my own - I needed restrictions!!! Took me three attempts to get a card I like. Hope you all like it too!
not sure if I'll get to today's challenge....but already worth it for that color combo site.....I am pretty good with colors but sometimes fall into a rut...that site will be very helpful.............thanks, Julia.....
