PLEASE HELP!! Still need indexes for 39 sets! Let's get 'er done!!
The set indexes in the gallery are just AWESOME, but we've still got 39 sets/wheels that sill need indexes made for them (see here & here for info & here for examples if you don't know what I'm talking about :-) ). Basically, we're making indexes of every SU! set in the gallery so we can know at a glance what all stamps come in that set. Attached here is a combined list of what Tasha & Kelle had left. The list will be updated & re-attached here in the first post.
There's no need to let me know when you upload them...I'm only keeping track of getting them assigned. Tracy is keeping a separate list of which ones get uploaded. Please post HERE when you upload yours! I assume that after we get the majority of them assigned, we'll go back through to see which ones still haven't been uploaded & send out reminders (and recruit volunteers from previous uploaders for any sets that aren't volunteered for)!
Please be sure to upload your card into the temporary gallery, "Index Cards" , name it Setname Index (where Setname is the actual name of the set you've indexed) and use the keyword Daven. After it's been approved, it will get removed from that gallery (as well as your own personal gallery) and reassigned to the gallery of the user name, galleryindex. If you haven't already, you really should check out the ones that have been done already! What a talented (and gracious!) bunch of women (and men!) we have here on SCS!!
Thank you in advance for contributing your time & talents to helping us finish this project!!
Leslie
As of 09/16/06, these 39 are still available (and I think there are several from the original lists that never got done...check the gallery & if you see a set that needs one, DO IT!!):

I cannot wait until we can edit again!!! Here is the correct link for the galleryindex gallery. And please excuse the typos above!
Also, what I'm doing is in addition to what Tasha & Kelle are doing...they're still very much involved (indispensable) in this project! :-D

Steph, I put you down for Ruff Play & Say Something Nice (on my copy, which I'll update in the previous posts if we ever get our EDIT function back!). As far as I can tell, Tricky Treats is the one seen here: The Puppy's Gallery by whitepuppy mammaw at Splitcoaststampers Do you have that one?
Cat, I'm putting you down for Bouquet (thanks for letting us know!!) & Everyday Expressions. Thanks!
Joni, thanks for letting me know. Sorry I missed it in the other thread.
If anyone else sees anything that shouldn't still be on the list, please let me know! :-)

I also could do Day-To-Day Phrases, but I think I saw that one in the gallery already.

I am confused....
Which is actually a very normal state for me  ! When I bring up the spread sheet in this thread it is mostly white...as in unspoken for. When I went back to the other one thread and clicked on the sheet it is mostly green...spoken for.
Is that what you meant when you said there were editing issues ? Or is my computer confused too ? I want to help with this if I can but just don't know what is really needed now. I can put a request out to my in town friends to borrow sets once I know what we really need. Would still need to mail my indexes to someone else to scan and post though.
You gals are doing an awesome job with this. Can't wait till they are all done and up. The ones that are uploaded already are f-a-b-u-l-o-u-s !

At this point, the only thing I can do is the Everyday Blossoms Jumbo Wheel, but I'm willing to do that.
One of my friends may be willing to do more, I'll check with her.
This is so exciting! I feel like I'm contributing!

I uploaded Unfrogettable, Basket full of Fun, and Olive You yesterday and I just found the original list and someone else was signed up. I was working off Kelles list and I think because they were minis and preorders they got on both lists. Just an FYI. I was also signed up for Blossoms Abound and someone has their name by that one on your list. I know this is a big undertaking I just wanted to let you guys know.

Hi Steph,
I must have been composing my message when yours came through because it wasn't there when I started it. Sorry!!
Anyway, you're right, we found out too late that some of them were on both lists & several sets ended up with more than one stamper. I'm so sorry that it affected so many of yours! Please go ahead & upload yours, too if you've already made them. They'll sticky both of them! Some people have signed up & not been able to do them afterall, so I sure don't mind having back-ups! Besides, I love seeing the different versions...really shows the versatility of the set!
