~~~Due Now~~~ Gift Card Holders & Poops/Soups/Kits Swap 4+1 Due Nov. 25th
Gift Card Holders & Poops/Soups/Kits Swap
I've been looking around the gallery for ideas for swaps I'm in as well as to get a start on Christmas gifts. I ran across some very cute gift card holders as well as poops & kits in there. It started me to thinking about making some of these because they would be perfect gifts for a coworker, neighbor, or even as a last minute gift.
Here's the Details-
Description: 2 categories will be opened...1-Gift Card Holders 2- Poops/Soups/Kits. You will be able to make them any size/style that you want. The Poops/Soups/Kits category will be where you might receive any of the 3 back (you won't just receive poops but all 3).
Quantity: Pick one of the 2 categories. Create 5 items for that spot. The 5th one is for your Hostess (Thank You). You will not get one back of your own if enough people sign up so please remember to make one for yourself. You can sign up for as many spots as you want in each category, but please make a different one for each spot. If you only sign up for Gift Card Holders you will not get back from the Poops/Soups/Kits category, so if interested in both please sign up for both.
Vendor products: NVR. But please use quality cardstock & do your best work. I would also like to see at least 1 embellishment on them.
Recipe: Recipe is not required, but appreciated for those who would like to know how you made it. Please include your Real Name, SCS Name, & the Swap Name.
Sign-up date: Nov. 18th
Postmark date: Nov.25th
Due IN Hand: Dec. 2nd
Return Date: Dec. 6th
Place swap items in a large baggie for waterproof purposes. Write your real name, SCS name and swap name on a piece of paper (or on baggie).
First Class: Place baggie inside a self-addressed stamped envelope for return mail purposes. The amount of postage on your SASE should be the same amount that it takes to mail to the swap hostess. To insure that enough postage will cover the returned swap items, include additional postage which will be returned if not used.
Priority: Inside your baggie, include a self-addressed priority label and one priority stamp. Swap hostesses will provide priority envelope.
Place your baggie and/or SASE envelope inside your mailing envelope and address it to:
I finished my first week back to work after being on recovery from surgery. Now I in for a weekend of grading and crafting. Gotta have crafting in there to break the stress of grading. Have a good weekend all.
Okay starting this again. It has been a rough week physically and mentally. Fortunately DH has been good about it all. I am way behind on messages and reading threads. Gotta get my swaps up to date. Hopefully tonight. Tomorrow is reserved for grading behind in that two. Have a good evening all!
