I would be more than happy to wait to get them, I think most of us would, I am gone Tuesday till Thursday night, please try to resend them once you get them back.
Pat
I am willing to wait, but another possibility might suggest that Pat go ahead and swap the rest out and mail back to us with the exception of the set to send to you, and then if they arrive back to you, you could just drop each in a separate envelope to mail to us individually and then Pat could send you yours. Though then it would be a problem if they do make their way to Pat as she'd have to send them to us individually or return them to you to do that then.
Just heads up... I have had two packages go wayward like this... each took over a year to get to their destination.
thanks for you advise Susan, but I think it will be easier just for faded to mail them back to me, hopefully they will be here this week and I can get them to you for Christmas.
thanks for waiting everyone.
I checked on them again, and they got processed in Florida again today. Sooooo. . . .
If I tho't they wouldn't take a long time I'd say keep waiting, but it's looking like they won't be home any time soon. Where are the real people who trouble shoot on stuff like this????
Maybe you should decide on a date, Pat, and if they're not here or there by then, go ahead and do the swap. I only think it's fair for everyone to get their tags before too long.
I would be willing to mail individually, but I would need you all to PM me your addresses SOON with a note that they're for the tim swap 2012, in case it takes a year. Forbid the tho't!!!
Thanks for all your kind tho'ts!

Have you been to the post office and seen if they personally can track and reroute your package since it has a tracking number. With all the addvances on the computer system, maybe they could red tag it when it comes threw the next check point?

did you check that you had the correct address? I will wait until Tuesday for their arrival, if no luck by then I will mail out and people can pm you with their address
I do hope they arrive
I put the address from your post, Pat. I did make sure I had it right, but that doesn't mean I didn't make a mistake.
I called the post office to see what I could do. All they said was that eventually it would come back.
I didn't specifically ask if they could do more than that, tho'. They don't offer any info - you have to ask.
Same with any organization. My daughter-in-law's car had the mirror ripped off in the Taggart parking lot not too long ago. They first said they were not responsible, then that they would look into it, only after my son pressured the management about the camera's in the parking lot did it come up that a cart may have hit her car with the wind blowing. Needless to say, Taggart paid for the repair.
Perhaps you can call the FLORIDA or post office where they processed last on the tracking? And let them know of the problem and ask for someone to check the address and process correctly?
I noticed the zip code was incorrectly listed at one point on this swap --- because I had the wrong one on the package when I went to mail it, and it was the one on this swap -- the postal worker was who caught that and corrected it for me before mailing. I think the first two digits were reversed. It was 13410 instead of 31410.
Well, I spent all afternoon getting these babies all packed, taped and ready to mail in the morning, I had a visitor just now, from 107 N. Sheftall Circle, and yes, its Darci/Fadedpaper's simple beautiful set of tags, and yes, they are more than worth unpacking all the boxes/envelopes to put them in, I will do it tonight, and still mail out in the morning.
Thank goodness they arrived at last.
Love them.
ps
They were address correctly, but delivered to North instead of South

Hi Pat!
Have you tried using the USPS online "click and ship"? It is super easy for priority...you just enter the address, pay, print and tape on the label and then throw it in a mailbox. If you do it this way DC is free and you save some money on the shipping too!
Thank you everyone for the beautiful tags! I was very impressed with everyone's creativity!
