Good afternoon everyone. I thought I would see what chatter is on the thread. Did everyone survive Christmas? I have enough leftover food to last 2 weeks or more!
Well, there's only 3 1/2 more days left for this year. Better get out there and wrap up all those last minute, year end details!
My friend, Maria Rudolph, in Leipzig, Germany has me hooked on the Germany teas now! (Well, the chocolate too!) LOL

Thank you for joining. I already bought some teas but may look for a few more varieties. I was afraid I wasn't going to get many swappers since it's my first experience hostessing on this site.

My suggestion would be the "Strawberry Cheesecake" Tea! It's YUMMY in the tummy!!!
I'd like to join 2 spots plz...let me make sure I have this right. we make holders that hold just 1 bag, and you are the one that will be supplying the tea in the return pkg, right?

The subject to this thread is Tea/Hot Chocolate Pocket Card but most of what you've talked about in Post #1 and what everyone is chatting about is tea bag holders.
Are you still thinking of hot chocolate too? If someone does hot chocolate, do they provide the H.C. or will you do that?
I got up around 9:30 am this morning, had breakfast, took a shower, got dressed and decided to run some errands.
Guess what?? The bank was closed, the library was closed and a business I wanted to stop at was closed....then I figured out it was Tuesday, New Years day!
I went home terribly embarrassed. Good thing nobody noticed.

I will look for hot chocolate in the German stores; I haven't seen it, but I've never looked for it. If I can't find it, I'll send an American brand.
I just returned to Germany yesterday after a wonderful visit in the States with my in-laws in North Carolina and my family in Illinois. I have terrible jet lag though. Was up til 5 am and slept until 4 pm. I need to get back on track by Monday as school starts again and I need to teach. Ugh! I'll be crafting tonight.

I will do my best to find some German made hot chocolate in packets. I assume that they make it, but I have never looked for it.

When I lived in Germany I didn't do a lot of grocery shopping "on the economy." I don't remember if they have hot chocolate either. I don't remember ever ordering it in a restaurant. With all the wonderful chocolates in Germany and Europe, you'd think they'd make a hot chocolate or hot cocoa mix.
Now that you know how to add pictures, will you post some pictures of peoples tea & chocolate holders? Maybe your son can help you set up a Gallery for this swap and you could post there.

Hope everyone has a good day. I just mailed off items for the 14 Day Valentines Day swap. I overextended and signed up for too many swaps due in Feb. I need to work on some cards and card candy this week.
