Oh no! Bad season, eh? We had that happen once at the first house in WV. I even tried the garlic extract they recommended online and we sprayed the whole house and yard with it. Trust me -- Garlic juice does not do a thing for a flea issue -- just makes EVERYTHING wreak of garlic.
Hope it gets resolved quickly for you.

Instead, I had to set a flea bomb in the bedroom today so guess I'm detailing there instead.

I instantly thought of upcycling a soda bottle. Maybe a 8 oz chub water bottle or Bug Juice Bottle and make a 'glamping' trailer.

Yes, we think it's just the overly wet season with high humidity we've had. I've done 2 bombs in the bedroom and think they're done. I'm spending today stripping stuff out of there and washing everything down. Hoping this works as I am home alone until Sep. 19 and really do NOT want to move the furniture out of there by myself to pull up the carpet. But will if I have to. Cross your fingers.

Was disappointed that picture is all you get to see. The blog it was pinned from is a 'members only' blog. Have never come across that before.

However, From a couple of links on my board here were a couple I thought led to interesting places.

Hi All --
I may be closing on the house in the next few days so things will be rather busy for a week or two for me. I will still check in on here but wanted to be sure everyone has my mailing address (a private mailbox) just in case so am sending each of you a PM with it.
Can't wait to see all the fun creations!

There you go! I found some nice ones at the lot next to where my house is built too... two empty lots still so I'll be strolling over to do rock collecting a lot I think.

I'm hoping to finish stripping out the bedroom. Would like to have a ton of stuff from my closet bagged up and off to the thrift store by Tuesday.

Ok I can't resist anymore! I'll take 1 spot (at least until I figure out what I can make lol). I LOVE fairies & I keep looking at this swap lol

Going to go for a walk later to find sticks & stuff. After I do that I'll sit down & start watching the Disney Tinkerbell movies, maybe that will help inspire me

I'm waiting for humidity to drop so I can check the paint issue. If that won't work, I'll need a new alternative. So tired of humidity.

Jennifer! Check out all the ideas at Tagawa's there and you will be addicted (in addition to Little Miss)! Find a cute terrarium on sale somewhere too and then she can have it up away from the dogs even in her room or such.

Welcome to the swap too!

hey girls. Just popping in for a minute. Finally got to be in the studio yesterday and get a belated swap item in the mail. I have one more thing to finish up, then I can see how ping pong balls take chrome paint. Bob seems to remember the balls deflating when he tried to paint some as a kid so we shall see.

I have been reading through the posts..... I see that you said that size would be left up to us but I am confused. What I was picturing in my head was much smaller than some of the tings I am seeing and reading. About what size fairy are we talking? I do not want to make something and have it be way too small to fit with everyone else's items and vice versa........ ????????

Typically about the size of doll house furniture probably. But I've seen a little bigger, a little smaller.

Peggy if you have a hobby lobby near you they have little minature tea cups in the minatures section for like $1.99 for 8 bought some recently for a grand daughters doll house. they are plain white but a marker could fix that if needed. hobby lobby discounts deeply in the minature doll house section a lot! I've bought some awesome stuff for grand kids there.

another u tube video I saw took those bubble covers that come on meds and gum and so many products (blister packet) and she took modeling clay and used that as her mold and created cute set bowls so easy a kid could do it. just a thought (that video surprised me)
