Since joining SCS I've had the opportunity to join in several number of swaps and they are all so fun so I thought I'd like to try my hand at hostessing one. Please help make my first time hostessing a swap successful.
Note: This is a Canadian Based swap but all are welcome
Due Date: January 10th, 2008 or if received earlier will swap them out earlier
Details: Theme related Card Candy swap - NVR, but must use good quality 2 layer cardstock and embellishments optional. Must at least have 5 or more card candies in the bag. Please place the finished product in a cello bag with a decorated titled topper. Example for themes baby , wedding, sympathy, birthday, halloween, christmas, miscellaneous ( such as thank you or just any type of decor ) etc... Best card cand(ies) will get a really cool prize
Mailing: Please place items in a zip lock bag for waterproof purposes. Write the name if the swap , your scs name, your real name and address on a piece of paper inside the bag.
Swap return: Please include self addressed Unstamped envelope, just add the stamps with the envelope do not affix on the envelope. ( no metered strips) The amount of postage should be the same amount on your SAUSE used to send to the hostess ( me). Please include 3-4 extra additional stamps to ensure enough postage to return swaps. Additional postage will be returned if not used.

and I just love embellishing this small size

4 bags of 5 or more embellies is what I'm already starting in my mind....
I had a cute card candy sample in my favorites...
I'll see if I can find it so that you can see it too, it was my first inspiration for anything I've done since.

man no one to see how happy I am , I could so be infectious right now ( in a good way ) That is truly awesome. Man there are so many talented people here It just makes me giddy and gung ho about stamping even more. You people are amazing. I cannot wait.

Did I answer your questions by putting examples in the forum down, or did you want specific dimensions. Because if you want specific I could say that you can make the card candy kit as big as 8 1/2' x 11" in a huge freezer ziplock bag with a topper or as small as 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" with a topper. That way you can get as creative as you want.
